#3021219: Configuration doesn't work with duration_field 2.x release

This release should work partially with the latest duration_field release.
Known issue is that the configuration form crashes:
Dev release. Will be compatible with duration_field ^2.x.
Support for Drupal 9.
Includes:
Adding validation to the configuration form.
Initial beta release of the Private Message Flood module. Allows for flood protection by either message count or thread count.
Fixing dependency issues.
Fixing composer dependency bug.
Dev branch of the Private Message Flood module.
First alpha release of the private message flood module. Currently allows for post-per-duration filtering.
