hi, everything works perfectly when i try to download a file browsing the site in it's default language: i get redirected to the login page in the default language. when i'm in a different language though and not being logged in i'm redirected to the login page of the default language, not the language i'm currently browsing the site in. in my case the language shortcode 'en' isn't prepended to the created 'system/files/private/...' url. which results in showing me the login form in the wrong language. is this this (very nice) modules fault :) ? if so: difficult to fix?

I'm not completely sure what it is you're asking. The private "system" download path is independent of any particular language. The "access denied" redirection is handled by the core. What other modules are you using?

thanks. so not an issue with your module - good to know. i'm using a whole bunch of modules. downloadcount, filefield-tracker, i18n, .. to name some that could interfere.
