Update the hooks on the privacypu_profile module

The hooks on the privacypu_profile module seems old and not related those mentioned in the README.txt file. Furthermore, the don't start with privacypu_profile, so they probably won't be called. The privacypu_privacypu_default_types and privacypu_ctools_plugin_api functions do not seem related to the module.

privacypu_user_relationships module is a better example of addon modules needed in order to use the main privacypu module.
