Don't automatically enable "Show link" for each content type on install [#2842434]

First of all, thanks for the great module.

Just wanted to report this minor UX issue - it's a little bit annoying to install this module and have it automatically enable the link on all content types. I like to keep my features quite lean, and sometimes I just don't remember that there is a setting on every content type to add to each feature just to disable a link.

This current behaviour could lead to problems down the line as you would have to manually disable the link on every piece of content if you had accidentally left it enabled on a content type for a while. Not ideal if you have a lot of content! Luckily, I caught this the day after deployment, so not much had to be changed, but I can imagine others running into this a few months later, and there's no batch operation to sort this out, so only developers would be able to solve the problem quickly in the database (other than manually changing 1000s of nodes).
