A major release because new functionality is added.
Now also the 403 and 404 pages, if set in settings, are protected. And it is possible to protect other paths. They are configurable in Configuration > System > Prevent page deletion.
You can upgrade from 2.x without issues.
The module prevents the homepage from being unpublished now too.
