• #685908 report by aries, patch by myself: msgctxt was inbetween msgid and msgstr, while it should have been before (ported from l10n_client)
• #424372 by mr.baileys, bombatower, Arancaytar: :: in .info files caused fatal error, use list of constants for lookup instead
• #424372 follow up: fix referenced common.inc version number, remove mention of D7 since it has a slightly different .info file syntax we might need to take on later
• #714666 by myself: fix tests looking at order of msgid and msgctxt values based on previous core/potx fix
• #790996 reported by hass: remove now obsolete requirements check against l10n_server; this requirement is almost a year old and will therefore not be violated by people downloading new versions; also tighten the tokenizer warning and skip littering the status screen if it is all right, not that big of a deal
• #621652 by droplet, myself: ause addclashes() for info file strings too
• #756142 by hctom, myself: add compatibility with devel shutdown muting so exported files are not affected by devel
• #742002 by suggestion hass: also skip .test files
