pontus.froden CreditAttribution: pontus.froden commentedI have the same problem, it disappears from one site now and then. I can get it back if I clear the cache, but it's really annoying to clear the cache every time we need to upload a file.

bisonbleu CreditAttribution: bisonbleu commentedOn my end, flushing all caches does not resolve this issue. I did not find a solution so I disabled bulk upload. Have you tried with the latest dev version? Might be worth a try.
