Mix of files

I have a strange situation. My site has many albums with plup multiple file upload field.
And some times I can see that pictures from one album were moved to another one: there is food in album with clothes or medicine pictures in food album. But how could that happen? All albums were uploaded separately in different time.
What can I do to fix it?
