When I upload files I see notice message after uploading "Notice: Undefined index: file in plup_field_attach_presave() (line 585 in /../sites/all/modules/plup/plup.module)"
Files are visible and clicable but I as admin see this massage every upload time. Think it is not good )
Pls help me to fix it

Is your entity or bundles named 'file' ?

I have the same issue. In my case, 'file' is the value of $entity_type.

I only have the message when the file_entity module is enabled. I hope it helps, I unfortunatly don't have time to investigate.

Just wanted to say that I also get this notice when file_entity module is enabled.
I didn't get any notices anymore when I disabled it.
