Please check the login window is squished and missing on mobile device

Is there was to make login window move to middle of screen and slide text below it when screen size is that of mobile device.
Sorry I am not developer but have been able to make sub-theme and know will need to tweak page.tpl.php probably.

please modify style.css file's main-navigation-wrapper
like this

here margin-left:100px; is extra added
