Title & Logo Missing

My title and logo are missing from my page. The logo and site name boxes are checked and the site name is filled out in the site information. Other themes display the title and logo, only Pixture Reloaded does not. Any suggestions are welcome! I am completely new at web designing, besides creating blogs. Thank you!
