Problem/Motivation

Discussed in https://git.drupalcode.org/project/piwik_pro/-/merge_requests/10#note_40... that all references to "Piwik Pro" should be changed to "Piwik PRO".

Proposed resolution

Capitalize "PRO" everywhere in the codebase.
