Allow role to edit submission after Status is closed

I have a webform with public and private fields. I also assigned a role to edit and view the results of the webform.

I set the webform to closed so that anonymous users can no longer submit the webform.

I would like to allow the assigned role to edit the private fields and submit the webform even though the status is closed.
Currently, I can only edit the webform submissions as admin.

I have enabled the role in "Access webform results", "Edit webform submissions", "Access own webform submissions", and "Edit own webform submissions".
