A pretty cool feature would be if PDF forms (that you can fill in offline) could be uploaded and the content of the fields in the PDF could be used to populate CCK Fields.

Ubercool would be if those (empty) forms could be generated from website, where every CCK field on a node would translate into a Form item in the PDF. Forms can then be emailed around, or stored offline, filled in and returned.

Really interesting, but I need to look upon technical aspects. Firstly I'm trying basic version to work properly after that I'll try to incorporate this feature :)
