Skrill payment option

Would be great to have Skrill as a payment option.
Differences from Paypal:
- optionally mutiple wallets on the same account, some with, some without linked cards or bank accounts
- TOTP/Google Authenticator based 2FA - Two-Factor Authentication for account protection
- Their own MasterCard
- Headquarters in Europe/EU, not USA
