Problem with tokens in letters

Hi all!

I found a major bug. When I marked the option Protocol relative URL (//example.com/foo/bar), after all the links duplicate domain in the messages were like this:

• http://domain.com/domain.com/user/reset/344/1482436885/utAAM3fMMxRhApj5z...
• http://domain.com/domain.com
• and etc.

All links are formed user tokens as [user:one-time-login-url] and other in configuration account > templates e-mails (/admin/config/people/accounts).
