Language neutral content types doesn't appear in pattern list

When Content type has (edit, Publishing options) Multilingual support disabled, it doesn't appear in (URL aliases, Patterns) Content paths list. Anyway, enabling multilingual support for one new content type forces somehow pathauto to reload that list and all new content types (even those with multilingual support disabled) appear in the list.
Sorry, if it is duplicate or not pathauto's fault; and it's really small problem with easy workaround, but maybe it's good to know...
