UI Bug in all configuration tabs without overlay

I found UI bug in pathauto if I open URL aliases configuration without overlay. I am adding screenshots and usecase for which I am getting it.

1) Go to Configuration -> URL aliases (Open it in new tab and not in overlay)

2) Go in Patterns tab

3) Click Browse Available Tokens and you can see arrows overlapping border of the table.

4) Now if you close Browse Available Tokens and open any other tabs from LIST, SETTINGS, BULK GENERATE you can see UI messed up like screenshot below.
