The Patterns page (admin/config/search/path/patterns) is showing "Internal server error" all of a sudden whereas all other pages like Settings (admin/config/search/path/settings), List (admin/config/search/path), Bulk Update (admin/config/search/path/update_bulk) etc are working fine.

I'm also experiencing this identical issue, where the patterns tab is blank. I resolved it via #47 from this issue: https://drupal.org/node/1267966
