Please explain widget features.

Problem/Motivation

I am at a loss to match up the various options for the legacy widget and what shows on the form.

I see these options:
- duplicate
- collapse /edit all
- add above
- convert
also "show add more button", but perhaps another module adding this?

my issues:
- with collapse disabled, i still have a collapse button
- with only add above, convert i get a remove button

and i think most of this is simply hidden with css from the module.

very confusing.
