Establish the name when promoting a paragraph to the library

Problem/Motivation

When a paragraph is promoted to the library, the name is created automatically; it does not give the option to set it at that time.

Steps to reproduce

• Install the "paragraph_library" module.
• Create a paragraph type, and mark it as "Allow promoting to library."
• Create a content type with a field that manages the created paragraph.
• Create a node, add a paragraph, and from the paragraph menu, select "Promote to library." The paragraph is created with an automatic name.

Proposed resolution

Request the name when clicking on "Promote the library"
