[META] Outperform field collections

Problem/Motivation

Field collection module needs to be outperformed and deprecated like it is discussed in proposal in Field Group module: #2784931: Proposal: Deprecate Field Collections for Drupal 8, focus on Entity Reference Revisions & Paragraphs. Following things need improvement:

• Single Paragraph Type UX (Try to create similar functionality as it is in Field Collection
• Default Paragraph option
• Field group support
• Additional improvements are open for discussion
