Problem/Motivation

Any help text added to the field isn't pulled through to the form where editors select the view mode.

Steps to reproduce

  • Add a Paragraph view mode field to an entity - In my case a paragraph
  • Add some help text to the field

The next steps are specific to the site I'm working on.

  • As a content editor add a new piece of content to the site
  • Add a new paragraph via the entity reference field on the above
  • On the new paragraph form see there is no help text under the view mode selector field

Proposed resolution

Get the help text to display.

Hi, thanks for reporting. Will try to verify and fix the issue next week, unless someone will provide a patch earlier.

The fix for the issue has been added to the latest dev branch and released with the 2.0.2 version.
Hope it will work as expected now.
