I have some Paragraph bundles with "field collection" field. When I add these paragraphs to panel I see that field and I can fill it in, but data are not stored ("field collection" field only). Other fields save successfully. When I add paragraphs to a node (as node's field) everything save properly.

Hi ruslan.murzin,

I just tested this myself with a paragraph bundle containing only a field collection. The field collection contained a text field. When I create a paragraph pane for this test bundle, the item is properly displayed.

Can you verify your setup?

My "Field collection" is not so easy ))
I attached screenshot of fields of my Field collection, maybe it will help.

I created new field collection with single text field and new paragraph bundle with 2 fields: Title (text) and my test field collection. The result is the same: when I added new paragraph to mini-panel it saved title but not "field collection" field. I tested on the same site, not on the clean install.

I just tested on clean install and I confirm the field collection's fields do not save their values. I can upload this installation on the web if you are interested in it.

Problem and solution found.
Sometimes the 'value' of a 'field_collection' field is NULL.
Extra check added if the value is NULL.
