The 1.3 version of the Respondjs module was just released:

It looks like bug fixes, I think? I haven't done any testing yet.

PS: I know there was some talk of removing respondjs here: #2166865: Removing non-required modules from .info / .make files. However, until we do that, we should try to keep it up-to-date like all other modules. :-)

We've been using this to resolve the Drush reported in #1907282: Undefined constant in respondjs.drush.inc. 1.3 release has minor tweaks and bug fixes. Looks well enough to me!
