I want to add a block from a view. but I cant find the way to do it. May be is really simple or impossible. How I can do it? I need to instal another module? This is a question for page manager module?

For your requirement follow instructions:

>> Install and enable page manager, page manager UI, panels, panels IPE, layout plugin, bootstrap layouts
>> Go to structure >pages.
>> Click "Add page".
>> Set administrative title, path, and set variant type is panels.
>> On the content step, add new block under option on "lists(views)" section all block available.
