Installation
1. If you don’t have a Paldesk Live Chat account already, please create one now.
2. Log into your Drupal account.
3. Click on the ‘Manage’ tab and then click on ‘Extend’.
4. Next, click on the ‘Install new module’ button, choose downloaded module zip file, unzip it again and install module.
5. After the installation, go to ‘Next Steps’ and click on ‘Enable newly added modules’.
6. Under the Manage tab, choose ‘Configuration’ and find Web Services block. Select the ‘Paldesk’ module.
7. To fill your API key field, open your Paldesk dashboard -> click 'Administration'. Under 'Embeddable elements' select 'Website Widget'. Expand Widget ('+') or click on 'Edit' and copy your unique API key from the 'CMS integration' tab.
8. Paste the API key into Drupal and click Save.
9. Paldesk - Live Chat & Helpdesk module will display on your Drupal website. Test it out.
