wrong link on project page

the link on the project page is wrong.

Steps to reproduce

In the first paragraph of the Summary there is a wrong link (https://www.drupal.org/project/www.drupal.org/project/pagedesigner) linked at "drupal.org/project/pagedesigner"

Proposed resolution

fix the link. was propaply a copy/paste mistake.
