I just upgraded from v2.3 to v2.5 but the new page looks broken in my custom theme as well as Garland in a resolution of 1024x768. The settings page was perfect in the earlier version. 'More Help' link is also broken which lead to a 404 page.

@khanz - This is purely a resolution issue.. There isn't a LOT we can do about this without redesigning the entire admin page - which is something I might have to do at some point. The help link works for me too - you probably need to flush the cache to rebuild the menu?

@techgirlgeek - you're probably running more than 1024x768 ;) Unless you mean the 404... in which case it works for me too.

@joeygoh - that error is nothing to do with Page title. Looks like you have Database issues....
