In Mac chrome,
⌘-Shift-D: Saves all open tabs as bookmarks in a new folder.
My first thought is to use shift+ without ctrl, but that might run into conflict when trying to capitalize a letter while renaming. (unless the listener can be turned off when a text field is active).
If not, I recommend ctrl+shift+c for duplicate (c for clone) and ctrl+shift+z or F2 for rename (windows rename convention).
Also: ctrl+enter: Add content (feature request)

btopro CreditAttribution: btopro commentedis ctrl+enter white listed? That doesn't do anything special does it? I feel like other things like CKEditor has short-cuts, I wonder how it applies them to not conflict.
