Problem/Motivation

Already in version 2 we are beginning to accumulate deprecations. Let's make a plan for what needs to be removed for version 3.

1. Remove OrangeDamQueueDataManager::LOGGER_CHANNEL
2. Remove OrangeDamMigrationDataManager::LOGGER_CHANNEL
