I am trying to install Opigno 2.6 on a BOA Aegir server, and creating a platform works fine (using composer) but the creation of a site hangs with drush 8.

Hi,

Our team experience this, or similar, issue when trying to install via drush on Acquia Cloud Site Factory.

Upon my investigation locally, drush was also hanging, and I found that the hook_install implementation with opigno_search may be at fault. I did not dive into understanding the technical reasons, but removing it unblocked the drush install.

I've created/reported #3099446: What's the intent of opigno_search_install()? and #3099763: Do not require Drupal core search module as a dependency.

Hi @Yuri, @jasonawant
If you can give us a feedback about installation on BOA with the new release (that will be available during the first half of January next year) that would be great. We updated the search as per @jasonawant feedback, maybe this will also fix this issue.
