I report the issue here but i am not sure it is a bug of H5P, or Opigno or something which can't be fixed because of browserbehaviour

In H5P you can have the option to check your answer after you have given it.

In case you answered wrong it is in most usecases not the intention that you can correct your answer. Normal expected behaviour of users does also prevent users from doing that.

However there is a simple way to bypass this:
Simply do a refresh of the page ...and you fill in the right answer and continue.

This ofcourse is not a desired bypass and can effect testing inmense.
We have a customer active in IT, so lots of their users ar browser savy and quickly discovered this bypass.

Can this be fixed in Opigno or is it H5P related?
