If the user selects the lesson option Feedback no feedback, the nevigation at the end of the lesson is not displaying.
Navigation is being added to theme_opigno_quiz_take_summary but not to theme_opigno_quiz_no_feedback.
Add it to theme_opigno_quiz_no_feedback as well.
