Hi,

There should be a problem with the package you downloaded, or with the database connection, or with the permissions of your files, or with your .htaccess. This problem can have a lot of sources... On your screenshort, there is not even the Opigno logo.
Try first to download again the Opigno LMS package and install it.
To help you, you can read our user manual here.

If after all that you still have a problem, try to explain the steps you did (from the download package to the error) to get the error. And describe the system you're using (OS, PHP version, database version and type, etc).
