Log file message when starting the lesson:
Notice: Undefined index: drupal in update_requirements() (line 35 of /home/scvoa/domains/courses.socalvoa.org/public_html/modules/update/update.install).
I have now created a new site with a fresh install of opigno_lms-7.x-1.25-core.tar.gz
I created a new Course, Course Tools = Lessons, Files, Quiz import
I created a new Lesson in the course = Lesson Type Mix
I created a new Question in the Lesson = SCORM Package
Uploaded the SCORM ZIP file:
When starting the lesson FireFox browser asks me to Open or Save index_lms.html
There are no messages in the Drupal log file.
In the Apache Log file I see access to: /node/4/take and /opigno-scorm/ui/player/sco/1. There are no error messages
The SCORM package you mention (Office 365) was tested on a fresh Opigno 1.25 install, and works fine
You should check your Opigno instance and server configuration

Can you check the Error log message and post the messages ?
Issue might be in the SCROM package itself. Does this error appear for all SCROM files ?

and the result is the same; browser asks me to open or Save index_lms.html.
