Added support for OpenWoo.app v2.

Existing plugins are migrated and get a _legacy suffix in their IDs. The new plugins take over the existing IDs. Configuration will be migrated so that existing installations keep using the legacy plugins. Configuration can be changed to the new plugins manually.
