How to keep popups within map window? [#2669182]

So, I've finally gotten up and running with my OL map with popups. But now I have the issue that some of the popups go outside of the map window, forcing the user to scroll up to see the contents. Is there anyway to restrict the popup to the window?

Changes committed to 7.x-3.x-dev.

An "autopan" option has now been added to a Popup. When the map location is clicked to display the popup, ifthe popup is outside the boundary of the map, the map will "autopan" so that the popup becomes fully visible.

This option is configurable - default if "off".
