tedbowThis works for me on firefox 18 on Mac. Please be more specific on the version and operation system as well as error details.
This probably a bug with either Bulk Media Upload or Plupload Integration.
@dhall2071 if you or someone else could search those modules' queue for relavent issues and post the links here that would be a great help.

tedbowOk thanks for the info..
It also looks from the image that you have tons of add-ons in IE8. Probably not but 1 of those could cause a problem. It would be to make sure one of these aren't causing a problem especially since I haven't seen any other problems with Plupload and IE8.
Could you try IE8 without any addons enabled? Here is directions on how to do that http://www.askdrtech.com/solutions/post/How-to-run-IE8-without-add-ons.aspx
Thanks

dhall2071 CreditAttribution: dhall2071 commentedNow I get this in IE8 with all add-ons disabled (Trying to upload one image not multiple)
In firefox 18 I get this error (HTTP Error) Single image upload works fine but not multiple image upload

dhall2071 CreditAttribution: dhall2071 commentedOK I did an upadate to drupal core (7.15 to 7.19) then updated modules except Browsercap and the openfolio theme.
The multiple upload works in IE8 and Firefox 18 now.
But in IE8 I get an error when I try to upload a single img. (see attach)
So I think my issue at first was that I did not upgrade core and modules.
Again I am running Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit IE8 Firefox 18 and Chrome

tedbowDo you mean when you use the "Multi Image Upload" Screen but only upload 1 image
or
Do you mean when you are uploading an image via the node add/edit form?
Error image is cropped so I can't tell.

tedbowHmm, I don't see how Openfolio could have messed this up. Can you see if you attach a file to another content type?
Also it may be problem with the server it is on. Can you test if you add files to regular version of Drupal?
