Notes:

• Make sure you are using the latest Openfed 8.x-8.x version before updating to Openfed 8.x-9.0 (Requirement for Taxonomy Access Fix)
• Theme must be checked due to the issue described on https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3169918
• scheduled_updates is not going to be supported anymore and Openfed 8.9.x is the last version where it will be included
• sharemessage is not supported anymore and Openfed 8.9.x is the last version where it will be included
• entityqueue module was updated and there is a CR for it, which may require manual intervention https://www.drupal.org/node/3123878
• IMCE link on user profile was replaced by an item, under admin menu item "Content"
• The rules submodule "rules_ban" was removed so, if you are upgrading from a previous version of Openfed, uninstall it first
