Web hosting install [#1790678]

Hi,
first thanks for developing this kind of CMS.
I have problem installing it on web host company. I have noticed that modules and theme are not copied to sites-all, they are empty. We copied them manually. When installation is complete we get a lot of warnings. Site works until we run cron. Then frontage is gone but the administration is working.

I suspect that on install all files are not copied to proper directories.

I just tried again with the dev version and everything went ok.

Make sure that you have added the htaccess rules that are mentioned in the install instructions and make sure that these rules are actually get applied.
