I still see this issue with the latest build. For some reason I do not have the ability to add new fields to content types (at least the ones provided by OpenChurch features.

I don't even see the link to add content types. If I plug in /admin/structure/types/add into the url I am able to create one there. The link does not show up for me.

I think the admin theme is maybe missing a block or something that has the 'add' link for all pages that have some kind of add link (content types page, menu page, etc.). It must have gotten disabled somehow.
