Something has changed in the Drupal.org distro packager, and the latest 7.x-2.621 release doesn't seem to have worked properly. There are modules like "ctools" in the main profiles/openatrium/modules folder instead of in the profiles/openatrium/modules/contrib folder (also feeds and job_scheduler).
In addition, the ctools module in the modules/contrib folder doesn't seem to have the full set of patches. It only has the patches applied by panopoly.
So, use caution when using this release. Not sure when I'll get time to fix this, but hopefully soon. Any info on what might have changed on drupal.org would be appreciated.
Since drush was updated, maybe instead of patching Panopoly to apply additional patches I can just do it in Atrium directly now. Will try that.

For now, just delete the "ctools", "feeds" and "job_scheduler" modules from profiles/openatrium/modules. The only folders that should be in that directory are "apps", "contrib", "panopoly".
I am awaiting help from the people in charge of the drupal.org packager and will get back to this when I get a response.
For people hosted on Pantheon, I'll remove these folders manually before pushing to their code repo, so you should be fine.

joseph.olstadah ok, thanks, yes I litterally just ran the installation with 2.622 not realizing that you just released 2.623
thanks for the fix, I'll run it right away.
I did notice also some issues with the apps installs when installing the apps, it's looking for a file that is a 404

#2378131: Trouble install external apps
I'm not sure which release of dompdf will work, haven't yet tried them.

joseph.olstadFor some reason, 2.622 is still the recommended release, at least that's what the version of the project page I see on my end.
It's been over 5 hours, maybe the varnish cache settings have changed on drupal.org , seems like the project page should get updated but it's not (at least on my end).

joseph.olstadwith the latest 2.623 in the status reports I get this:
"Security update required"
it wants me to upgrade to 2.622
why is 2.622 on the openatrium project page? 2.623 should be the recommended version correct?

mpotter CreditAttribution: mpotter at Phase2 commentedYeah, it's because I screwed up the release number and made it 2.223 instead of 2.623. So Drupal doesn't see the new release as a newer version. Will try to get 2.624 released this week if I can.
