Problem/Motivation

Sometimes on my website saveworldart.org, the marque seems to be about 1.0 inch or so to the left and a brown bar is to the right of the marque picture. This looks bad. I don't know if it is related but the marque also overlaps the logon panel until the browser window is resized. I've tried this with firefox and chrome with erratic results.

OpenAid 1 will continue to see security updates applied to it, but otherwise feature development will be directed at OpenAid 2. However, patches are still definitely welcomed for OpenAid 1. If someone would like to work on this issue, feel free to reopen. For now though, I'm marking closed won't fix.
