internationalize feature

Updated issue summary.

I have added translation support for views. Now we need to enable it for Taxonomy. But it is a bit tricky so we need to discuss it:

1. Profile taxonomy should be localized and synchronized.
2. In most other cases it should also be localized and synchronized.

So next are ones that we need to localize and synchronize 100%:

Academic Degrees
Positions
Student Groups
Staff Roles
Student Roles
Specialties

Next are ones that will be good to localize and synchronize, but they are free tagging, so we need to think about it a bit more from the UX point of view.
