We need to split the feature into separate features:

1) Profiles (profile fields + views + contexts + ds + vocabularies + permissions for the editing fields)
2) Events (fields + views + contexts + ds + vocabularies + permissions for the editing fields)
3) Projects (fields + views + contexts + ds + vocabularies + permissions for the editing fields)
4) Publications (fields + views + contexts + ds + vocabularies + permissions for the editing fields)
5) Resources (fields + views + contexts + ds + vocabularies + permissions for the editing fields)
6) Blogs (fields + views + contexts + ds + vocabularies + permissions for the editing fields)

There are also will be some common features like common fields and vocabularies and common configuration that should be as a separate feature.
