Rename features components to match naming conventions

The naming conventions could be found in Kit project (http://drupal.org/project/kit). And there was interesting session about building distribution http://london2011.drupal.org/conference/sessions/building-and-maintainin...

I think renaming could be done by replacing text into the features code.

Also we need to rename anything that contains Academic Paper(s) to Publication(s).

This issue could be done later, when all of the staff is done.
