Add filters to the projects/events/academic_papers page and some fields.

Add need to add filter blocks to the projects page.

Projects should be filtered by Research topics, Customer.
Academic papers - by Research topics and Scientific Journal.
Events - by Event Place, Audience, Admission, Research topics (we need to add this field to the Event content type).

Then we need to place those blocks into the contexts (if they doesn't exist), we need to create them.
