ooyala 7.x-2.1

This release of the Ooyala module makes several very important changes. It should help new users of the module and bring some long-needed love to existing installations. Important items for upgrading users:

• The uploader module no longer needed either Libraries API or jQuery Update. It should now work with any version of jQuery from the stock 1.4.4 all the way to 1.11.3.
• The "ooyala-ingestion-library" is now built into the module. If you have downloaded this library into your sites/all/libraries directory, you may remove it.
