Regardless of the setting of the Settings | Use site name in link titles check-box all link titles use "us" and the block heading reads "Find us on...".
Also the RSS link title is "Us RSS feed"; "Our RSS feed" would be grammatically correct and look much better.

After re-reading this issue, I think this is actually a duplicate of #1379340: Find us vs find me

The checkbox is not for the block title, the checkbox is for the title attribute of the links inside the block. There is a text field at the top of every block configuration page labeled 'Block title' that you can use to change the block's heading.
